Before we start working together
Can you represent me if I live outside Turkey?
Yes. With a power of attorney issued at a Turkish consulate or apostilled abroad, we can represent you before Turkish courts, land registries and other authorities without you travelling to Turkey in most matters.
How are legal fees determined?
Fees are agreed in a written fee agreement based on the nature and complexity of the work. The Turkish Bar Association’s minimum fee schedule sets the lower limit.
Do you work outside Bursa?
Our practice focuses on Bursa and its districts. For matters elsewhere in Turkey, we discuss options during the initial consultation.

Let’s assess your case together
