Criminal proceedings in Turkey move quickly, especially at the investigation stage. The first statement given in custody, the response to a detention request and the early preservation of evidence can decide the outcome of a case.
Attorney Nurettin Canata served for many years as a public prosecutor and chief public prosecutor before joining the Bursa Bar. Knowing how investigations are planned and how indictments are built from the inside allows us to identify weaknesses in the prosecution case at an early stage.
